1st & 2nd Series – Land Double with a Blind

83 Dogs Started this Series

After the test was set up, the Honorary Test Dog, FC-AFC Slick When Wet III, handled by Ken Jackson began the series this morning at 7:11 am. Next the regular test dogs ran beginning with "Zeiss" and then "Brandy," giving the teams a good look at this test.

The first running dog for this test was #19 FC-AFC FC Old Towns Rough Country Hammer Down QA2, “Trucker,” with handler Al Arthur at 7:47 am.

The weather today had mostly cloudy overcast skies and temps in the mid 50's with some rain earlier and light winds at around 6 mph.

Here is how things turned out for the 1st and 2nd Series…

Our last running dog for this series was dog #
18 3R's DRIVE ME TO THE BLUE RIBBON ROAD, “Driver” with Handler Ty RoremThey completed the test this afternoon at 4:13 pm.


There were 83 dogs sent from the line in this series, taking almost exactly 8 hours 26 minutes, which averages out to be about 6 minutes per dog. 

The 1st and 2nd Series is officially in the books! We will be on to the 3rd. Callbacks to come soon!
